Research Symposium 2023

The Symposium will run from 9am (registration will be open from 8.30am) until 12.30pm.

The Meath Foundation is delighted to announce that it will have a keynote address from the internationally recognised and celebrated Professor Sir Stephen O’Rahilly who will speak about ‘Hormones, Metabolism and Behaviour’ and an opening address from Trinity College Dublin’s Head of School of Medicine, Professor Colin Doherty who will speak about ‘Global Health, Climate Change & Medical Education’.

In addition, presentations will be delivered by researchers who have received funding from the Meath Foundation to undertake important research in areas including neurology, gastroenterology and neurodevelopmental disorders.

The Symposium also celebrates excellence in a number of areas where TUH staff have been recognised by various Meath Foundation awards.
